OUT OF THE MOUTH OF BABES

 

     On Friday December the 14th, 2012, innocent lives were taken abruptly from their families, their voices though silent in the natural, still speaks loud and clearly. Where is the Love? Where is the compassion for your fellow man? Don't let this keep happening over and over again; things have to change. There is something that is very wrong with our society that is creating these instruments of evil. We as a whole can come together and make a change. You may ask, what can I do? How can I help bring about a change? Well, my response to that is, like the song "Man In The Mirror", says it begins with you.  First look at yourself and change the things about yourself first.  Then you can help bring about a change in others.   Pray for your family and your neighbors. reach out to others.  Then, what God spoke through his angels, so many years ago at the birth of his son Jesus.  "Peace On Earth and good will to all men." Will manifest in our lives, we can't keep evil from happening but we can do our part as God's children, in doing so we just may save a life or a soul.  May God bless and keep you all always!

My Birthday

Hi too everyone out there in blog land, this week was my birthday week.  I claimed the whole week, because God showered be with his blessings just about everyday this week.  I received cards from my friends and family, my children even surprised me with a very big TV; I almost fell over.  I have been truly blessed this week.  Thanksgiving was great, spending time with my family, I have had my three grandchildren since Thanksgiving night.  They are a handful but I wouldn't take anything for them.  I hope that every one is having a blessed Holiday also.

Good afternoon everyone, this is what is on my mind. I have been seeing a lot of stories this week of people committing suicide and it has weighed heavily on my heart. I just want to say to anyone out there that may be thinking about taking your own life, because you think it will end your pain and all your troubles may be over. Or you feel that it is something so awful that you just can't bare it and that suicide is the only way out. Well, WHAT IF YOU ARE WRONG? and you kill yourself, than that's when your worse nightmare happens and there is no turning back because you only succeeded in killing you physical body and now you are face with an eternity of pain and troubles with no way out? It will be to late. So, even if you don't believe that there is life after death, can you take that chance? As long as you are alive in this life chances are that things can get better even if you are facing jail time for a horrific crime, if you look up and cry out to God to forgive you he will answer that call. So please don't pull that trigger or take those pills, your life is precious to God that is why he sent his son Jesus to die in your place so that you do not have to go to hell. God Bless you, I love you and so does God.

Queen Nyla

Hi Everyone, here is a sample chapter of my new book "Queen Nyla":

Chapter One

        Queen Nyla, ruler of a vast kingdom; deep in the jungle of Mob.  She was revered and loved of all of Movibia.  Her Kingdom reached as far as the eye could see.  It was said that Queen Nyla, had a treasure that was so great and wondrous, that you would not believe your eyes if you saw it. 

     “But, that was many years ago, said Lucius, the squirrel.  One of the children that he was telling the story too yawned. 

     “I suppose that no one is interested in my boring old tale?”

     The children replied.  “Oh, please Lucius; finish telling us the story about Queen Nyla. ” 

     “OK, if you all promise not to yawn anymore, I will tell you.” 

     “We promise.” 

     “Alright here goes.  They say that the queen did not go anywhere, are see anyone, except for Numbe, the Demon king.  People were afraid to go near the castle, because they feared that Numbe had bewitched it.  So, day after day, the Queen sat alone in her castle, no visitors, no friends or family to talk too; only Numbe.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So Little Time

How is everyone out there in blogger land or shall I say out in the great beyond.  Well, today I am right this minute, getting ready to go grocery shopping.  Which I hate, but it must be done, if I want to eat; that is.  My granddaughter is also coming over for the weekend, she doesn't know it yet, but she will be helping me clean up.  I have found myself with so much that I want and need to do, yet, I have so little time to do it in.  My mind is filled with books that I have yet to finish, and a few news that I want to start writing.  I keep telling myself, that I will do it, I will finish my books that I started and write new ones.

If I could fly, I would fly high and touch the door of heaven.  I would bring the light and show it in your sight, to break the bounds of the hell hounds.  I would see all kneeling, giving praise to God with feelings.  If I could fly, I would bring the warning of the storming.  That will soon come in the morning.  If I could fly, I would take the pain and tell all to praise his name.

Taking a Break

Hi everyone, I been on a break trying to catch up on my writing.  I am almost finished with Lael.  It is your typical rages to riches story, but with a biblical twist on it.  It is a parallel story to the story of Queen Ester in the bible.  Only I changed the names and embellished the story a little.  So, it is fiction based on a true story.  I love it, I can't wait until it is all finished.  It is a story of courage and love and commitment.   I am in the middle of writing chapter six, the title of the chapter is, (The Wedding).  I kind of have a writer's block, I don't know yet how the chapter will unfold, I just know that I will write it and it will  be great!  See you later, peace.

This is a day

OK, people, this is a day that  we have never seen before and a day that we will never see again.  God has blessed it  when he created it.  It is up to  us to make it a day to remember and a day filled with life.  I know it is hard  sometimes when you don't see your way out.  It seems like whatever you do, things just stay the same.  You solve one problem and something else goes wrong, it is just a constant string of problems after problems.  It looks like you are never going to get your head above the water.  You feel just like you are drowning.  Well, I feel ya, I have been there and I will probably be there again, but there is one thing that I know, God said in his word that when the enemy comes in like a flood he has set up a standard against him.  The key word here is has, not going to, but has already done it.  So, when we stop struggling and fighting the water to stay alive and look around for the life preserver that God has already put in place for us we will be saved from drowning.  I am not saying that it is easy, no, no,  no, we are human.  Just like Jesus when he was here in human  form, he faced problems and situation just like we do today but   remember what he said: "Be of good cheer for I have overcome this world".  We just have to trust him, and turn it over to him  he has already worked it out.  Please feel free to write any comments  that you may have and may God keep you and richly bless you always.  Peace

I  Will Rise

I will rise above it all, because I have answered the call; the call that is due to me for I will defeat my enemy.  I will rise above it all, even thou it maybe storming; I am not alarmed, for I have made my stand on ground that is not sinking sand. I will rise to victory for I will tell my story of the one who rose to glory.

I will rise above it all and reach I dare I, before the fall.  If I hold out I will bold out.  If I continue to stand, I will defend the land. I will rise above it all because I am for truth and light; I will fight all through the night. I will fight until the dawn, I will defeat his con.  I will rise when all looks lost, because my savior paid the cost.

What on your mine today, well, it you are asking me; I would tell you the first thing is my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  The second thing is my books, which one should I promote today? Faith As A Little Child

The faith of a child, a child is so trusting and innocent, this is the way  that God wants us to trust him and have faith in him.  He desires that  none would perish but that all would come  to him and except that he sent his only son to save us all from hell.  He is our father, we are his children, it is just that some of us don't know that are want except it.  Some say that there is no God, because if it is why does he allow all the sickness and hate and pain and suffering in the world.  Will, remember sin is in this world because Adam and Eve failed and gave what God had given them over to satan.  Therefore, satan is the god of this world and he controls the principalities and spiritual darkness of this world.  That is why God made a way out through his son Jesus.  If you except what he did at the cross and believe that he died for your sins, then you will become a new creation.  You will be born again, God will cleanse your soul and the curse that came into the world which you were born into will no longer be in effect.  I invite you to make that decision today, for you may not get a chance tomorrow.  God Bless and peace be with you.

Meditations

Today is Saturday August the 25th 2012, it is a day that I have never seen before and it is a day that I will never see again.  I thank the Lord that he created it and he blessed it when he did.  Well, what shall we talk about today, it is truly a blessing to be alive and that God is still on the throne and he has everyone and everything in his hands.  OK, then let's talk about meditations, how do you all feel about meditations? Well, I feel that it is a good thing as long as you are mediating on  the right things. It can keep you grounded and spiritually in tune  with God, when you concentrate on the positive and seek Godly instruction.   God said in his word that if you keep your mind stayed on him that he would keep you in perfect peace.  I believe that, to be true, that when you fill your mind with the knowledge of God; he will teach and show you more about him and in turn center you so that you will be at peace. Now, the opposite of that is meditating on negative things, if you do that you will not have any peace and you will find yourself thinking about doing an evil act, which if you don't get if off your mind, you will end up doing it.  "It is like the old saying "an idle mind is the devil's work shop".  That is why it is so important that you except the Lord Jesus Christ as your Lord and saviour, so that you can renew your mind and allow God to give you the peace that he can only give.  The peace that surpasses all understanding, especially in  this day and age that we are living in.  Let me encourage you today, put God in the center so that you want be a sinner. Get it center, sinner, just a little humor there, they are homonyms I am sure most of you knew that.  You all have a blessed day and God bless you we'll talk some more tomorrow.

Lil Anchor's Group

saved. It is not in your doing, it is in your believing and that my friends lies in who you believe and

 

what you believe, the who is God's son Jesus Christ and the what is that he lived 2000 years ago and

 

he died and then rose from the dead. Now if you truly truly believe this, then you are saved. Not just

 

know of it but BELIEVE IT. THINK ABOUT IT. God bless you all.

Give us this day our daily bread

Gives us this day our daily bread, this is what is in my head.  Do I hear this or is it a near miss? Do I dare embrace it or just let God trace it?  How dare I even think it, I know that it is a part of me given to me from the three.  The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, the ones that I love the most. What does it really mean?   Give us this day our daily bread; this is exactly what he said.  Does, it mean that I will eat toast today, maybe even a roast you say.  Or, Do I seek it in the word so I can move forward haven’t you heard?

Kenneth's Birthday

Well, today is my son's 30th  birthday, on  this day at this exact time he was just 4 mins old.  He came here really fast only one hour and 16 mins of labor.  I guest that's why he likes fast cars.  Today he is married and has two sons of his own, I love you Kenny happy blessed birthday, my John 3:16 son.  God bless you and your family.  Ladies please share your labor stories here.

I’ve asked the questions; now let me teach you a lesson.  Jesus, is what you are seeking, you are drawn to him; that is why your heart is beeping.  He is your guild, he is your light, so don’t do as you might.  Take him in for he is your kin.  Jesus is your savior, so watch your behavior; Jesus is what you are seeking.

August Birthdays

It seems that everyone's birthday is in August, there are 5 people in my family whose birthday is this month.  Starting with my sweet granddaughter's which was August 9.  Today is her brother's birthday, August 16 and tomorrow is my second oldest son's and the day after that is his wife's birthday and their oldest son's birthday is August 26.  So August is this families birthday month.  I just love birthdays.  Don't you? Share with me a special memory about your birthday.  Here is one from me, it was my 11th birthday party I remember dancing at my party with a boy for the first time.  I had a major crush on him.(hehe).

Who will hold this child? A child that is lost in the night, a child that has lost his sight.  Who will hold this child? A child that is weeping; a child that some say looks creepy.  Who will hold this child? A child that is cold; a child that may not grow old, a child that is reaching, please, I beseech thee.  Who will hold this child? A child that is kneeling a child that has feelings.  Who will hold this child? A child that is raging, a child that feels caged in.  Who will hold this child? For this child, there seems to be no hope.  If we reach together we can make it better.  Who will hold this child?

Summer Fun

Hi everyone, It has been a few months since we last talked, I   had a very hot and busy summer with my 5 year old granddaughter.  We went on a trip to Arkansas to visit with family.  I tried to teach her how to swim, at first she was scared of  the water, but after awhile she manage to stop clinging to me like a little monkey.  I showed her how to float, she can do it a little bit, but now she thinks she can swim.  I told her not just yet,  you need some more lessons, be patient you will learn. Well, I did finially finish "Queen Nyla".  I just have not found a publisher for it yet.   I don't know whether I want to use Publishamerica again or not, even thou they don't charge to publish.  I will be taking my time and weighing my options.  I am praying that I make the right decision for this book.    Well, let me know how your summer has been going, and I will talk again tomorrow.  God bless you.

"Queen Nyla"

That's the name my next book, I am in the mist of revisions.  Hopefully I will have it published by the end of this summer.  I am excited about it, I believe that it is going to be big.  My plan for it is that it will become a new Disney movie.  So, don't be surprise when you see my name up in lights.  I am open for any suggestions about the cover though.  The book is about a queen who has been taken in by a friendly face, but in reality be is the devil in disguise.  He wants her kingdom and will do whatever it takes to get it.  The characters or ethic origin and there are talking animals.  It is in the Disney synosis and colorful.  I can not wait to see it in print, talk too you later.
